Hon Ester Anna Nghipondoka, the Deputy Minister of Education, Arts and Culture visited the Hardap Education Directorate to engage with staff members, learners and teachers and hear the challenges facing the region.
“The aim of my visit is to touch base, give my support and motivate you our staff and make a contribution to your effort to continuously improve on the performance of your region at all grade levels. I want to be part of the process of putting ourselves in the mirror and reflect on what we could have done better. Equally, as we develop our plans for the year, we should ask ourselves about the things that hindered us from implementing our plans of previous years to the last letter. This is the time for us all to ask questions as to where we went wrong, what we need to change and how different we want to operate this year,” said Hon Nghipondoka.Other News Articles
